Inquiring minds want to know why one of the three Nauset Beachs currently available on e-bay has 30 bids up to $391?? What am I missing with this auction action?

The other two are $220 range which is the going rate. I already have my Nauset but I always watch it as it is one of my favorite lighthouses. The last few months it has gone $175-$225, with one low of the $130s.
