Daniel, how do we determine that this 102R, flag#3867 is a Malaysian piece, rather than a Canadian piece?
You noted this:
Going by the number and by the type of Antiquing used I would have to say this is a Malaysian made.
And the HL Official Collector's Guide says:
...the balance of the edition run of 5,234 was made in Canada and later in Malaysia.
What do we look for in the antiquing? And, do we know what flag numbers started with the Malaysian made?

(The seller notes that the box indicates the piece went out in 1991. Is this a clue? Also, the photos don't show the felt bottom, but it looks like a good guess from the other photos that the felt is all the way to the edge and is dark green.)
