The market has always fared well for the 5,500s. When I see lighthouses made in 1995 and beyond selling this well I will hop on the "things are starting to turn around" bus. There have been lighthouses more rare than any of those made since 95 that have done nothing. Why? Because Harbour Lights are now being collected as familiar vacation memories instead of valued collectibles, and before somebody says it for about the 10,000th time, buy what you like!
