I totally agree with you about the St Augustine situation, most HL138 St Augustine's used to go for over $400 and it was holding it's own while other lighthouses secondary prices were going down..
I think that the price of an Ocracoke might start to decrease now with the Open Edition now available.
Was it Peaches & Herb that sang, "Ain't nothing like the real thing, Baby..."? Ocracoke is Ocracoke. It's somewhat of a plain HL but still manages to draw attention when one comes up for sale. I don't really feel the actual worth of Ocracoke in today's market will be reduced by the fact the GLOW is now a reality. I think the overall worth is down because the entire collectible secondary market is down.
