Of course! At Fort Story you can see Old and New Cape Henry. You have to go through a security check, but as long as you aren't carrying firearms or fireworks is no big deal. Then at Fort Monroe there is Old Point Comfort, and a view of Thimble Shoals. Along one of the bridges you can see Newport News Middleground. If you cross the bay bridge you can see Cape Charles and if you go further, Assateague. Scads of lighthouses there. Oh, don't forget New Point Comfort, its a little bit of a drive.
