I too have a jupiter with a broken fence. Broken on both sides of the steps about 1/2" each side. Heartbreaking. It was my fault. I didn't check the great price I was getting to be sure it wasn't broken. When I got it home and looked closer I noticed that the break had been touched up with matching paint. Being one of my first pieces I did't notice until I looked in my green book.

It is still a nice decorative piece. Those that don't know about Harbour Lights and the Jupiter piece would never know the difference. I would never sell it without pointing our the flaw. In fact I don't intend to get rid of it at all. I kind of like it broken, looks more realistic.

Moral of the story, Look closely before you buy!
