Judy - If you've never mixed your "over easy eggs" in your grits you have got to try it one time. Then add salt and pepper with a little bit of butter(salt, pepper and butter to your taste) and you've tried them the "Redneck Way". I learned this from my late Father-in-law the first morning that I ate breakfast with him. He was a native Floridian and my Mother-in-law was from Georgia and she said that is the way all her relatives ate them. My one Brother-in-law is from Birmingham, AL and he said that is how he ate them growing up. I also know a couple of restarants in Dale City/Woodbridge VA area that reccomends in their menus to eat your eggs that way. Try it and let me know how you like it.
