I know your not happy with Florida and after thinking about it, I would not be suggesting Florida. I'm talking about Charleston, SC in the spring or late fall when everything is beautiful up there and it's 300 miles away from the northern part of Florida. Daniel did a survey about a year ago and I think that Charleston was a heavy favorite of the Forum members which comprise a good random sampling of HLs collectors all over the United States.

Of course it's your call and HLs is footing the bill.
