I'll give my two cents even though I probably don't have a right to until I start going to regional & store signing events.

I think the focus going forward should be on regional events. The two each year is a good amount. The regional plus Dave's lighthouse tour sounds like a good package. I wouldn't have anymore store signing events, maybe one or two at the most. This way Bill Younger could focus more on his retirement and only have to fit a few days a year, for the regional events, into his schedule.

My focus is to start going to the regional events. It not both, atleast one a year.

Where to have them? Hopefully to tie in a specific lighthouse release, or even just a good place to do some lighthousing.
