im not sure if this is the same problem that u r having but something simalar happens to mine when it is opened in my browser but for some reason if i slide the window over to where i can see the dash (to put it in the toolbar whatever it is called) and the maximixe button, and the "x" then i click on the maximize button it actually makes it smaller to fit my screen...who knows???
