Sounds like Virginia is way too easy. I just renewed my license and all I had to prove was that I could see...and even that is questionable.

The lady at the DMV window had me lean into the viewer and read only the top line which was about an inch high and highlighted in yellow. Then she asked if I could see the red light blinking on both sides of my head. Well yeah...

Fran, I know you are looking forward to that closing date and moving in. The norm is for the builder to do his own walk-thru and punch list, and then the buyers do theirs. Even then, you'll be making a list of stuff that needs to be done or changed. Keep breathing in and out. In the end, it'll all be worth it.
