Just wanted to thank everyone who is going to purchase the new Avery Point piece. Especailly those of you who have contributed to the restoration project or purchased a brick. This piece is not only a great representation of the lighthouse but also a tribute to those small group of individuals who have volunteered their free time (weekdays and weekends) to help save, restore and relight this piece of maritime history. For those who aren't going to purchase the piece, so be it; maybe you don't know what it is like to give over five years of your life in saving a wonderful lighthouse.
