Paul has done another great job of catching the detail of the Baltimore Harbor MD caisson. This is the 'gift' for new and renewing Harbour Lights Collectors Society members for the membership year May 1 - 1999 through April 30, 2000.

I can see the SEAHORSE from the photo, see that Large Crested Wave. Just like Webster defined a seahorse as being.
