Has anyone here seen this lighthouse? I'm wondering what a plane or helicopter would run in Ireland. Such an awesome lighthouse. Cool looking model too!

If you go to Mizen Head on a clear day you can see Fastnet from the shore. Its about 8 miles out. Also Tarbert on the Shannon can be see very clearly from the ferry accross the Shannon.
There is a tour to Skellig Michael from the museum. Cromwell Point and Copper Point you can see from land. Don't know how expensive John Eagle's tours are, but I would reccomend his book. When we did lighthouses of Ireland we did it all ourselves without any trouble finding them.
