The new 2003 Yankee Magazine Travel Guide to New England is just hitting the stores. The over 200 page 8x10 magazine has a full page free advertisement, designed by Yankee Magazine, for the American Lighthouse Foundation. The ad has a large color photo of our Little River Lighthouse. It also has an insert card with Little River Lighthouse on it for subscriptions to Yankee Magazine, saying that $5.00 from each subscription to Yankee goes to ALF to help us save lighthouses.
It sells for $4.99 on most newsstands. I believe the print run is 600,000 copies. It also has a 2 page layout about Rose Island Lighthouse.
