If you have not mailed in your tickets for the drawing for the last gold Racine Reef piece, you need to do so now! They are due at HL by Monday. You earn one entry ticket for each full-size Harbour Lights purchased from one of the regional supporting dealers.

Mail those tickets in now:

Harbour Lights
Post Office Box 459
West Kennebunk, ME 04094-0459

My dealer never sent me any tickets this year. Maybe they are not a regional supporting dealer.

Bob, the sad state of things is that too many dealers and reps do not do their jobs. They do not read thru the mail they recieve, either snail mail or email, so they do not know what is happening. Not only do they hurt their own sales (as Daniel mentioned in another thread), but they do a dis-service to their customers.

If you purchased a Racine Reef from your dealer they should be a regional supporting dealer.

My authorized regional dealer didn't have them either. I just called to ask.

LI Bob, it all goes to whether or not the dealers pay attention to what comes in the mail. All too many just pitch the stuff that comes without even looking at it. One would have to hope that they would at least look at the envelope contents before tossing it. Perhaps HL just isn't important enough a line to some dealers for them to make the extra efforts.

Personally, I would believe being a regional supporting dealer and then being sure your customers recieved their entry forms - not only good customer service, but also good PR with their customers. Hook 'em and bring 'em back to your store for future purchases.

Fortunately, there are some dealers that are still on the ball and it does make a big difference. I guess I was lucky this year.
