Ah yes. BY - man of many talents. And he's F-A-S-T, too! Maybe this explains why the names of the artists are kept such a secret?

FYI, Bill Younger, when introducing himself to an audience, says that he is the Conceptual Artist of Harbour Lights. In a Television News story that my son Chad (News Photographer in Cincinnati now, partially as a result of the story about Bill Younger on his resume tape) and I (27 years at WISH TV8 in Indianapolis) did 3 years ago on Bill, he referred to himself as the conceptual artist of Harbour Lights. I figure he probably said conceptual at the time and the person just remembered artist.
