I guess if you collect Harbour Lights you must ask the following questions.

1. Are they worth the cost?
2. Will this collecting activity be viewed by others as a sane undertaking?
3. Is future value of these objects or the emotional uplift in viewing them together the driving force behind said activity?
4. Would you encourage other to step into this world of unchartered waters?

Beware all newbies, it is a jungle in here!

1) Obviously that's how most of us here feel. Our reasons (what we value in HLs) may vary, but we all buy them.

2) Does anyone here really care? I gotta go with Lamar on this.

3) Yes. For me, it's more B than A. A is a neat kicker though, and it sure give us lots to yap about.

4) Without hesitation.

If you like them they will come to your cozy little curio. Price and value only withstanding the weight that your wallet can stand.

YES...oh yes!!...There's a co-worker of my husband's that's visiting us this week to see our collection. Her husband gave her a Cape Elizabeth as a birthday gift. After speaking with her on the phone, I think we have another
wacko in the making.
