Enjoyed looking over this feature and have in fact found some HL from there.

Here is a guess as to what happened:
Since this is now the "official" Harbour Lights website, I am guessing that buy/sell/trade has been moved to a new domain as to avoid conflict, or discontinued altogether.
Of course from me, this is only an uneducated guess. Anyone else have any info on this?
