Okay, there's a thread for low numbers, because we all know Bill keeps 1-10. I've heard that Nancy keeps the last number. I once saw Thomas Point #9499 on EBay.

So, what's your highest number in relation to an entire production run?

I have # 3868 of 4000 Fifth Order Fresnel, so that's 132 from the end.

Jim, two fifth orders from different dealers with the same number?

Interesting topic, Larry. I'll have to check my inventory sheet when I get home to see how close any of my HL's might be to the end of their production run.

If you haven't realized it by now, I'm a "numbers" guy. I especially like low numbers but I do look for odd (no, not like in odd or even) numbers and numbers really close to the end of production of certain HL's. One of my early purchases is still one of my favorites, Whaleback flag# 2222. I purchased it from "Art94" from Connecticut way back in the mid 90's. It is the only piece I have where all the four digits on the flag are the same.

I'll check my flag#'s when I get home and let you know what my highest, or should I say closest to the end of a production run number is.
