With the recent news of a few exclusive LLOMs being released, I am re-visiting this topic to keep my product list "up-to-date". LL300 Cedar Island, NY LL301 Crisp Point, MI LL302 DeTour Reef, MI LL303 Blackistone, MD LL304 Race Point, MA Any folks already have the latest NELL LLOM exclusives and wish to share what product numbers go with which light?

My guess is that one of the two question marks on your post CHristopher must be for the Hunting Island piece being offerred by the Friends of Hunting Island which is featured in the June Legacy.

Bert,
I glossed right over that part in the June Legacy, however after reviewing the article, it has an image of the piece and it states that it is LL175, which indeed was the original product number when released earlier in January 2001.
I am assuming that the limited edition refers to a special backstamp on the bottom of the piece (as most exclusive LLOMs) and similar to that of the Thomas Point Screwpile LLOM piece offered in 2007 which was released under the old number of LL129 instead of a "new" LLOM product numbers.

Is the Point Cabrillo still available as a Limited LLOM? I have all the others on Hilari's list, except the last two which I have to order. Guess I missed the boat on Crisp Point.

The following link is for the
Point Cabrillo Gift Shop You will need to call to order one and I feel sure they probably still have some available.. Real nice folks that I talked to there last summer. (707) 937-6122 There is another LLOM number for the inventory list and that is LL302 DeTour Reef, MI. The DeTour Reef LLOM while not a limited edition is an exclusive issued LLOM from HL. It is and will be only available from the DeTour Reef Lighthouse Preservation Society. They will soon be getting their second shipment of LL's and I then will have a couple on their way to me and I will shoot an image and add it to this thread.. DeTour Reef Society Store Webpage Then click on the link for the pdf file called: DeTour Reef Lighthouse Memorabilia Catalog and you will get their order form for all kinds of DeTour Reef items, the LLOM is listed at the bottom.. At almost the same exact time that I was posting this information Tony C was posting a list of all of the custom LLOM in another thread and his list has phone numbers you can use to get a hold of the person or persons handling the custom LLOM at the different societies.. Great minds think alike! Custom LLOM Thread

I can remember being on the boat with Bill at the 2005 Mackinac reunion and motoring past DeTour Reef Light and looking him straight in the eye and saying "This one would make a nice sculpture, Bill." All I got out of him was a hesitant nod...
Glad to see it's finally here, even as a LLOM...I'm getting one.

Even though I don't collect LLOM's, I love to see a pic of this LLOM.
I was checking out the links Paul posted, but could find a photo.

Have you noticed that the DeTour Reef Lighthouse is copyrighted on the bottom and says 2009, but the "c" with a circle has 2008 in the blue water?

I know, what took me so long? I got my DeTour Reef LLOM in the mail yesterday.. LL302 Detour Reef I suspect that the sculpture was copyrighted in 2008.. And the bottom stamp was copyrighted in 2009..

HL175 Hunting Island, SC is a 2009 release as a Special Edition LLOM and Race Point hasn't been released just yet, supposed to be soon. It will be the first of the Special Edition NELL LLOM releases.

I thought Crisp Point and DeTour Reef were 2008 releases and the 2009 releases announced so far are: Blackistone, Hunting Island, and soon to be Race Point.
Paul, can your verify that Crisp Point and DeTour Reef is from 2008? Thanks for the above images by the way!

Paul's pic of the bottom of the DeTour Reef, shown in an earlier post, shows a copyright of 2009.
So that answers my question about that one.

I suspect that the sculpture was copyrighted in 2008..
And the bottom stamp was copyrighted in 2009..
I checked with Tony about my earlier post and he said I was correct about the two different copyrights dates on the DeTour Reef sculpture.. It is an exclusive for the DeTour Reef Society only to sell but not a special limited edition, they aren't numbered. Tony says that this is the only DeTour Reef LLOM that HL has produced, making it a 2009 release!

Crisp Point is definately a 2008 release. I did a search and found some posts in threads from last year and early this year. Thought I'd add a link to a little background music for LLOM fans !!! This Little Light of Mine

The Blackistone piece looks nice. Very similar to the original Tuckers Beach lighthouse.
Hope to see a LE someday!

I received this email from Joyce a couple of days ago when I was out of internet contact.. You should be hearing from her soon if you have signed up for a piece.. If you haven't yet, her email is Hollandraj@aol.com The check is in the mail, so we hope to have the pieces here next week. We will start to contact everyone who has a piece reserved with payment instructions, shipping information, etc, by the end of next week. I didn't have a chance to talk to Tom of NELL about their LLOM's but I will email him next week to find out any new information..
