With your last issue of the Lighthouse Legacy, you probably received a 4 page summary of all Harbour Lights products from 1991 on.
This document has some interesting numbers:
[*]For the first time, Harbour Lights has revealed the quantities of some GLOWs. That is the ones that were retired to be resculpted: Boston (6,300), SE Block (6,950), Portland Head (&,342) and Barnegat (4,000).
[*]1997 issues that retired at the end of 2000: Longships (7,240), Macquarie (5,608), Hook Head (6,528), Pigeon Point (6,725), Navesink (6,548), Presque Isle (8.216), Grays Harbor (7,308), Nobska (7,750), and Yaquina Bay (6,950).
[*]2000 Bill Event Exclusive Cape Hatteras on the Move (8,694)
[*]Rep Event Beckoning Beacons (2,098)
[*]Point Fermin Charter Society Member Mini (1,227) and Point Fermin Society Member Mini (5,357)
[*]Baltimore Society Gift 1999-2000 (26,748) -- the highest number of pieces of any 'limited edition' to date.
[*]Bill Doll (3,000)
These ought to be some numbers for discussion.

I didn't get a Product History with my latest Legacy. Was the last one Volume 8, Number 1 or is there a new one on the way which has the Product History? Did everyone else receive it?

John, You must have rated something special on your mailing because we didn't get a product history either. The last one we have is dated in 1999 and doesn't show any edition sizes for the glows.

Well, I guess I did get a preview copy - look for it with the next newsletter I guess. I'll see if I can get a copy and post it in PDF format for you to download.

John always gets the "deluxe" version of the Legacy. And, he gets his way earlier than the rest of us.

Just wondering if that 3000 for the "Bill Doll" included those that were destroyed or were those altered dolls a separate breed?

John, what is the difference between the Point Fermin charter society member mini and the Point Fermin society member mini? Are the pieces different or marked/labeled different? I am a charter member and I don't know the difference between them! THANKS!

The Point Fermin society piece was only available for purchase by society members. It has additional coloration touches and the label on the bottom identifies it differently. The color differences are subtle but definitely there.
