The weather was gorgeous the 2nd day, and the water was more calm. Here are some of the lights that we saw, and a couple of photos from Pictured Rocks.

Grand Island North Lighthouse This light is privately owned. Because it's on a 175 foot cliff, it would be a good one to view from a plane.



Au Sable This lighthouse with the sand dunes in the background was a beautiful view except that we were looking into the sun...



Pictured Rocks This was my first time seeing Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The rock formations and multicolored cliffs were spectacular. However, the photo ops would have been better later in the day.

Always gorgeous pictures Tammy. The lighthouses take on a different look when viewing them from the water. John and I hiked out to Au Sable and I didn't realize there was such a large sand dune behind it.
