Grace, I'm just not racing anymore. I wanted to reach Super Wacko status quickly, but once there, I simply just made a personal commitment to stay active. That's pretty easy to do, because the Collectors Forums cover a wide range of topics and...well, I'm a talkative type person, having dealt with the public in a business way most of my adult life.

Now, if you were to look over on Lighthousing.net, I presently have 3589 posts. That's because I'm a 'forum moderator' and have been involved with that site as 'staff' since it's birth, fall of '02.

Planning spring and early summer lighthousing adventures helps to make the winter shorter.

The occasional spring like day in the middle of winter that also becomes an unexpected lighthousing adventure, is a true gift. That's what last Thursday was like. I also stopped at Cape Henry that day. The photos I took on that stop turned out fuzzy, but the time spent was great.

Great pictures, can't wait to get down there in June to see the lights for myself
