Hi all,
Just got back from a weekend jaunt up north. Stayed with my cousin who has 200' of frontage eight miles south of Cheboygan on Lake Huron. I love his house! You can see and hear the Poe Reef Light about a mile offshore at night. Anyway, here are a few digital shots of my trip.
Sunset Friday night, 6/27/03 from my cousin's house looking northeast.
Saturday, 6/28 - The old Mackinaw Point Light, currently under restoration, with the Mackinaw Bridge in the background.
Sunday, 6/29 - Whitefish Point and outbuildings. There was a fog that rolled in off Lake Superior with a fine mist. Perfect photo ops! Only 52 degrees! Brrr!
Whitefish Point from the beach.
And the Might Mac, taken last night, 6/29 at 11pm, 15 second exposure, 3.5 aperature, ISO100.
