Yes, you too can go lighthousing on the web without ever leaving the comfort of your home with the following links. I know a lot of you oldtimers, wackos, etc already know about a lot of these but for the beginner or someone with a afternoon to kill here is some links to a lot of different lighthouse pages on the net. I tried to keep away from commercial sites unless they had some redeeming factor. I haven't tried to give any explantion just jump in and explore. If this is not enough go to WWW.google.com and search the word lighthouse. It will give you about 10,000 hits. Have fun

Hi Orv,
Thanks for the lighthouse websites. It certainly beats a search engine. Now I'll have an excuse for sitting at the computer.
Before I found the forum I would plug in Harbour lights into the search engines looking for anything to do with them. You can never have enough info on lighthouses. I use my books all the time to look up lighthouses I don't know. When I sign off later I want to look up Oak Island and Prices creek which I just read about in the Forum.
Did you get a delivery from Oregon? I didn't yet.
I've printed out your sites. Thanks.

Thanks ORV its a great help. Maybe others will add to the list and up date it from time to time. It will take work but worth it.

Found a great site one night by a couple, of Cape Cod lights (couple of people, not lights). Jotted it down but when I tried again I couldn't find it. They had pictures of their cats on it too. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

All of the above links now work. Not only is this site informative and fun, I'm also learning more about using the internet and codes. I think I have learned more here than any other place on the web as far as technical aspects go. Thanks folks

Virtual lighthousing what more could a person ask for? With the price of gas around here, it might be the best way to go for a while.

Thank you Gents for your excellent LH links.

To ORV and Rod "The Saint":

I've printed the list you guys have provided and as soon as I log out of the Forum I'll be cross referencing to my bookmarks and adding the ones I don't have.

I have begun a project of going to these websites I have and printing the information pertaining to the Harbour Lights that I've collected, printing the information (especially the ones with pictures) and have started a reference book to go with the collection. Now I have a few more to go to.

It took a some effort on your parts to compile this information for all of us lighthouse buufs so I'd like to say........

THANKS!!
