Has any one seen this light? If you have how did you see it? (Boat, Plane). Can it be seen from the top of Old Cape Henry?

I saw it on a CC-USLHS trip last year. We went by boat. I believe it is visible from the Cape Henry lighthouse through binoculars.

I called Old Cape Henry and the girl said it can be seen from there on a clear day. By the way when I called the Virginia Beach visitors center, they were sure I was talking about Cape Charles and had never heard of Chesapeake Light.
