Now that I finally learned how to post pictures here. I wanted to share a shot I took of Bolivar awhile back. It's a beautiful light and the owners have done a great job with its restoration.

That looks a lot like my #146- Always nice to see a shot of one we haven't seen in person. Good job, and thanks!

Great shot, Becki! My only question is, "have we created a monster" now that you have mastered the art of posting pictures? (It is a good monster, though, who posts lighthouse pictures to share.)

Go ahead and overwhelm us with pictures! I for one enjoy seeing them. Your picture is wonderful. I have one like that only the day we there it was very cloudy. My daughter and her husband found 3 abandoned puppies on the beach not far from Bolivar lighthouse. Naturally I fell in love with one and he now lives at my house.

What did you name your puppy Terry?

I wish Bolivar was open to the public. I'm just glad that it's easy to get close to so that at least it's a good picture taking opportunity.
