We have all seen a lighthouse on the new quarters. Now Delaware has a new duck stamp this year 2004 featuring a pair of scoters flying past the Cape Henlopen Lighthouse. Next year 2005 the stamp will have a American merganser and the Fenwick Lighthouse.
