I'm in L.A. until Saturday, and I would like to check out any lighthouses while I'm here. Any suggestions? (Directions would be helpful, too.)

LA Harbor, Point Fermin and Point Vicente. You won't be able to get into Point Vicente, but you can get reasonably good pictures from outside the fence, and it is only about 10-15 minutes from Point Fermin. For directions, go to LighthouseFriends , an excellent site for information and directions to many lights.
