I saw an article in Lighthouse Digest saying that Pt. Reyes light is undergoing restoration of it's 308 steps. Does anyone know if it is still open during this or is the construction done? We're heading out that way next week and would hate to have to bypass this light.

Restoration of the Historic Point Reyes Lighthouse

"The restoration project on the Lighthouse stairs is nearing completion, and, unless otherwise posted or due to severe weather closures, the stairs leading down to the Historic Lighthouse will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Thursdays through Mondays."

Thanks! Looks like we should be able to make it down to the light and back no problem (unless there's high winds, fog, etc.)
