Quite recently I discovered evidence that this may well have been one of my very first lighthousing adventures! The pier lighthouse sure looked different in those days (early 50's)....but then so did I!  The pier light a few years ago.

Gee, Sue, we won't even ask what type of antique camera you were using. . . . . . . did it involve special plates and a hood that helped keep light out while you composed the picture?

Well Dave, I have to believe it was my Dad who took the photos (I seem to have been too busy playing in the sand)....but that does sound a bit like my Mom's camera but it did take film, not plates! :p
