This article appeared in the November 22, 2000 Business Section of the Baltimore Sun. Baltimore's newest and largest convention hotel will be ready on schedule February 2001. The $132 million hotel will offer 2 grand ballrooms totalling 34,000 sq ft, 2 restauraunts, a pool and health club, 750 rooms, etc. Conventions have booked 100,000 room nights (HL - 2250?) starting in April.
The picture in the article looks very much like the Newport Marriott which is spectacular.
