I would like to extend my thanks to Maureen and Kim and all the HL staff who got up very, very early on this Saturday morning to register all of us for the 2001 Reunion. They were cheerful, pleasant, efficient and all this starting at 6AM their time! That's a lot to ask for a Saturday.

How many times do you suppose each read the script? Do you suppose someone had to come in at noon to surgically remove the phone from their ear?

From comments throughout the Reunion thread, the reports on the process and the people have all been good. To set the nautical tone for the Reunion, just 50 weeks away, a hearty Bravo Zulu to all the HL staff! (For those not versed in nauticalese, "good job".)

THANKS!

Dave Hannum

I'm sure the HL Crew was putting in a 100% plus effort for a very grueling six hour period. I hope Bill and Nancy took them out for dinner after. I'm sure the sound of the final bell at 12:00 noon PST was the most welcome ring they heard all day.

Having your company swamped with calls for an event a year away must have given them a great feeling of confidence in the product and services they supply. Keep up the great work!

Add my appreciation to everyone elses. It really was efficient and, considering the volume, a very pleasant experience.

Well done Harbour Lights crew.

We also had a good experience and were quickly registered. Even though it was done quickly, in no way did we feel pressured to give the info and get off fast. Thought they did a fantastic job.

I am not sure who helped me on the phone registration. All I can say is that she did a great job and answered all my questions. I asked a couple of questions that she did not know the answer but was willing to ask while I was still on the phone. I appreciate the attention she gave me and did not make me feel hurried to end the phone call.

Another Great job by HL. Thanks to all the crew for making the call-in go so well. Linda and I got through in 65 minutes and the lady that took our info was great. She helped us
add a day to our stay on both ends of the reunion.

GREAT JOB HARBOUR LIGHTS

I also had a very positive and helpful individual help me with my registration.

I neglected to get her name, but I want to thank her for her assistance. We also added days on to either end.
