I was wondering if everyone arriving early for the tours will be staying in the same hotel. We are thinking of possibly arriving Tues to get on the Wed. tour. Didn't register yet John till I knew where to get a room for Tues. and Wed. night. Just wanted to know if we were trying to stay in one place or if everyone is going to be scattered all over Baltimore.

We are planning on staying at the Marriott on Tues. and Wed. nights so that we can take the tours John set up. We thought it was a lot more hassle to move hotels than to just pay a little more and stay the whole time in one place. I like to unpack my things once and be done with it and have more time to play. Sometimes you end up wasting a whole day trying to check out of one hotel and wait for the check-in time at the next place.

We're staying right there at the Marriot. Yes it's overpriced! It's going to put a clamp on our buying ability of other nicknacks but the ease of being right there when the tours leave and arrive... not having to change hotels for the reunion and might save alittle on cab fare that way...
We will be arriving sometime Tuesday afternoon. Haven't locked in the flight time yet. still shopping for the better deal...
6 MONTHS TO GO!!!!
Can you feel it?

Tuesday night I will go to sleep in the Marriott. If I should come in on Sunday or Monday, that is debateable since my other three room mates won't get there until Tuesday.

If you think you want to stay at the Marriott the nights prior to the reunion, but don't have a reservation, read my notes in this thread .

We'll be arriving Tuesday PM and staying in Easton (near St. Michaels), probably Holiday Inn Express. I thought about changing our plans and taking the bus tours instead once I learned about them, but I realized that would mess up some special plans I had (which I can't divulge now).
We'll be seeing Fenwick Island LH, Ocean City LSS, Assateague Island NS, and Chincoteague NWR (including Assateague LH) on Wednesday and Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and Sandy Point SP on Thursday before checking into the Marriott.

If you would like to stay at the Marriott prior to the reunion, Maureen at HL is trying to get additional rooms from the hotel. No promises, but if you want to be on the list for these rooms (if she can get some more), email her at Maureen@HarbourLights.com and she will add you to it. She said the list is on a first come, first served basis (using the time stamp on your email).

There will be several of us staying at the Quality (Stadiums). Just 2 miles from the Marriott, before & after the reunion. I am told by a guy who lives there that this is a very new hotel. & it is also very inexpensive (compared to Marriott). If anyone else is looking for a less expensive place to stay?
Nana, are you coming early? Do you want to split room cost?
