Dear Friends,

Batten down the hatches! We're about to embark on an exciting adventure that
is sure to put the wind in your sails. The 2001 Harbour Lights Collectors
Reunion is just a couple of weeks away and this Schedule of Events will
provide the information you need, from stem to stern, to forge ahead in your
preparations. (A booklet containing all the following information will be
mailed to you.) Don't forget, the Baltimore climate can be unpredictable,
but we hope to be blessed with the comfortable Fall temperatures that make
it a splendid destination! Exciting activities include a seafaring tour and
a leisurely stroll outdoors, so casual, layered clothes and comfortable
shoes are recommended. Welcome aboard!

Prior to the Collectors Reunion:

What to bring with you:
1. Casual Attire, including your red-white-and-blue.
2. Collectors Reunion Luggage Tags, attached to your baggage.
3. Checkbook or Credit Card for the Auction and Opportunity Drawings (all
proceeds go to charity).

Thursday, October 4, 2001:

Journey to Baltimore
After arriving in Baltimore, please proceed to the Marriott Waterfront
Hotel. The address is 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 and
the telephone number is (410) 385-3000. Airport Shuttles cost around $11
one-way and Taxis are approximately $22 for up to 4 people. Renting a car is
not recommended because parking at the hotel is a whopping $17 per day!

2pm to 6pm - Enlist at the Keeper’s Headquarters
From the lobby, please board the escalators to Level Two and proceed
straight ahead to the Harbour Lights Keeper’s Headquarters. We will log-in
your arrival and guide you thru the Enlistment Process. Please be sure to
visit every station and get your picture taken with Bill and Nancy. The
Keeper’s Exchange will be open for your perusal. During Registration, you
will be asked to join “The Blue Company” or “The Red Brigade”. Both groups
have the same activities, but at different times, so please be sure to
coordinate your choice with your friends and family ahead of time. The
official check-in time for the guest rooms is 4pm.

6pm - All Hands on Deck in the Keeper’s Headquarters
Enjoy an appetizer and make a new friend in the Keeper’s Headquarters. The
dress for this evening’s activities is patriotic, so please wear your casual
Red-White-and Blue. The Keeper’s Ballroom doors open at 7pm.

7pm - Muster Up in the Keeper’s Ballroom
Enter the Keeper’s Ballroom, choose a table and prepare yourself for a
delectable feast. During and after dinner, you will be entertained, amused
and delighted by the talented artists scheduled to appear.

Perk Up with a Late Evening Coffee
Join other collectors for a refreshing cup of tea or freshly perked coffee
in a nearby meeting area. This casual after-dinner gathering is perfect for
catching up with friends!

Friday, October 5, 2001:

7:00 to 10:00am - Get your Hooper Strait
Your Hooper Strait Reunion Exclusive will be available for pick-up in a
Keepers Headquarters room.

7:30am - Report to the Mess Hall for Breakfast
Join us in the Keeper’s Ballroom for a refreshing meal that will prepare you
for a day of adventure.

10:30am - The Blue Company Embarks
Report to Pier Five, a brief walk to the lighthouse led by the Harbour
Lights “Crew”, to step aboard for today's seafaring adventure. Bring your
camera and capture the beauty of the Craighill(s), Sandy Point and Baltimore
lighthouses. Enjoy onboard games, get your very own “tattoo” or have your
"portrait" drawn. Lunch will be served onboard. Your vessel should return by
4pm. After you dock, follow the guides to the nearby Baltimore Aquarium and
enjoy the colorful marine inhabitants. Then it is just a short walk back to
the Marriott Waterfront Hotel.

11:00am - The Red Brigade Boards
Take a brief jaunt to Pier Five, by the lighthouse, to embark on a maritime
voyage. Snap photos of the magnificent Craighill(s), Sandy Point and
Baltimore lighthouses. Our cruise directors will have onboard games,
whimsical “tattoos” and passenger "portraits" for our explorers. Lunch will
be served onboard. Your vessel should return by 4:30pm. After you dock,
follow the guides to the nearby Baltimore Aquarium and enjoy the colorful
marine inhabitants. Then it is just a short walk back to the Marriott
Waterfront Hotel.

7pm - Dining and Dancing with Shipmates
Journey to the Keeper’s Ballroom. Appetizers await you as you arrive and
choose a table. Enjoy your meal and relax as we present you with an entirely
new dining experience! Afterward, you can lend an ear or dance the night
away to the foot-tapping music of Big Band, Motown, and popular favorites.

Saturday, October 6, 2001:

8am - Breakfast is served in the Keeper’s Ballroom
We're sure you're ravenous after yesterday's adventures! Come and fuel-up
for today's activities.

9am to 12pm - Convene in Keeper’s Headquarters
Prepare yourself for a busy day! Headlining today’s events are speeches by
the renowned lighthouse preservationist, Cullen Chambers of the Tybee Island
Historical Society and the celebrated lighthouse author, Elinor DeWire. In
addition, Elinor will be available to sign her books on site. Other
activities include painting your own lighthouse sculpture, perusing our
Harbour Lights Store, lighthouse sculpting (limited availability), viewing
the beautiful paintings by Steve Ervin, stopping at a Collector Club's
table, or attending Paul Brady’s seminar on the fundamentals of lighthouse
photography.

11am to 1pm - Chow time
A casual (but delicious) box lunch will be served from 11-1pm dockside.
Please pick up your lunch any time between these hours and enjoy the meal at
your leisure.

12pm to 3pm - Harbor Visit
Enjoy a self-guided tour thru the Maritime Museum and visit the Seven-Foot
Knoll Lighthouse, the Lightship Chesapeake and other historic vessels.
Explore the Inner Harbor’s nautical heritage!

The Red Brigade Schedule

9am to 12 - Disperse to the Maritime Museum
The morning is yours! Tour the Maritime Museum and visit the magnificent
Seven-Foot Knoll Lighthouse, the historic Lightship Chesapeake and other
notable vessels featured at the site. Take a moment of your own to explore
the surrounding harbor and create your own memories.

11am to 1pm - Chow time
A casual (but delicious) box lunch will be catered from 11-1pm dockside.
Please pick up your lunch at any time between these hours and enjoy the meal
at your leisure.

12pm to 3pm - Arrive in Keeper’s Headquarters
Don’t miss memorable speeches by the renowned lighthouse preservationist,

to be enchanted by the soothing sounds of Jazz, performed by some of area’s
finest musicians featured in the Riesterstown Jazz Ensemble. This remarkable
restaurant has a commanding view of the nearby Seven-Foot Knoll Lighthouse.

Sunday, October 7, 2001:

8am - Breakfast with Captain Bill
If this is the first year you've attended a Collectors Reunion, then you are
certainly in for an exciting treat this morning! Don't leave early, because
you won't want to miss one of the most exciting events of the Reunion, our
Auctions and Opportunity Drawings! Not only will you enjoy a fabulous
breakfast, Bill will entertain you as he gives away RARE items to those who
participate in the Opportunity Drawings. And if you've ever wanted the
chance to bid for those exclusive items, now's your chance. So bring your
checkbook and know that you are making a donation to charity while getting a
fabulous item to boot! Even if you are planning to remain a spectator,
please be sure to stay and receive your special gift. You won't believe the

11-12pm - Bon Voyage
Is it over already? Get your hug from the family and say your farewell to
