Nice picture! I've only been there once but it looks like it is a sunrise with the photo being taken from the area near the Point Allerton Coast Guard Station in Hull, MA. The other option would have been from a boat with the sun going down.

That's the word from the East Coast where it's overcast and 30 degrees.
