Please post your answer. I'm terrible at these types of problems - but my answer is 10990 - please don't laugh if I'm way off base.
Read Carefully... Here is a little math problem for you. This is a 5th grade math problem. This is not a trick question. The bus driver is not part of the equation.
There are 7 girls in a bus. Each girl has 7 backpacks. In each backpack, there are 7 big cats. For every big cat there are 7 little cats. Question: How many legs are there on the bus? Good Luck!

I also came up with 10990 legs; but on second thought it could possibly be 0 because a bus has no legs

There are 10,990 legs in the bus - 14 for the seven girls - 1372 for the 383 big cats and 9604 for the 2401 little cats, but there are no legs on the bus.

Unless this is a trick question, I also come up with 10990 legs in/on the bus.

How can each of the girls hold that many backpacks with so much in them? And wouldn't the ASPCA have a problem with all those cats being confined in there. Are the cats alive or dead? If alive, they'll be dead soon! Do dead cat legs count?

I came up with the same number. Did anyone think about what would happen if you threw one good dog on the bus?

I'm with Ladybug, its a trick question. A bus does not have legs, but Roland makes a point about the ASPCA
