Since we're slicing and dicing our favorites and dogs so many different ways, how about by year of introduction? It's not fair, IMHO, to compare a 1991 HL with a 1998 model since the technology and detail have come so far. So why not pick a favorite from each year of introduction? Let's limit voting to LE's that were generally available -- no OEs (for Tim), no society pieces, no reunions, no ornaments, etc. Why? Because it's my thread and I said so. Vote on the basis of aesthetic value only -- not monetary value, sentimental value, or by mass, height, etc. Here are my votes (some even surprised me!):
