Has anyone here purchased this ?

If so, are you satisfied? It looks smashing, and I could stand to loose a few £ ;-}

And looky ... even Paul can play!

Fiona, any word from IGRS on this from across the pond?

Had thought about it Art. Looks pretty good. Have corresponded with Ken Trethewey via email. Had a question on one of the British lights and he answered very promptly. Also saw that he was in the States a while back at some lighthouse function that was written up in the digest.

'Haven't seen it yet...but ordered it last week. It sure sounds good. I've been following this guy on Yahoo for about a year or so and have received a few solicitations for any type of graphics, text, et al, along with a few thousand other LH lovers, I'm sure. For fifty-bucks its worth a try and they claim to have a money-back guarantee if you're not satisified. We'll see what happens I guess.

I have an older version of this. It has helped me identify some lights that I was unable to get the correct name from the locals. It seemed to me that there were lots of lights missing, but my version is a couple of years old. The update should have more in it.

I'll probably purchase the new version.

I notice that he offers a CD for "all" US LHs for only $30. Brent I`m very interested in hearing your review of the one ordered. Keep us posted.

I sent an email offering to assist in the project, as they ask at the website.

I'm sure they wopuld love to hear from many of you out there who have much more to offer in this area than I do.

I also asked if they offered a discount if an volume of CD's were to be ordered. The worst they can say is no. It's worth a try. it seems that the reviews of the earlier versions are positive and they offer regular updates to Registered users.

I'll let you know what I hear back from them.

I did get a reply with an offer of a discount price for an order over 5.

Anybody who is interested in a substantial discount contact me and let me know . If I can get 4 or more others with an interest we can save some money.

just send me an email and I'll get back to you with the particulars.
