Nice Choice, but for the life of me I can't figure out which light it is.

He made it himself, which anyone can do. The only real requirement is that it be sized at 48 x 48 pixels. If you want to try this at home suggestion would be to crop the picture, leaving pretty much just the light itself, then resize it to 48 x 48 before saving it. Upload it to somewhere you can link to, edit your avatar choice in your profile and you are all set.

Thanks Dave - I will keep that in mind. Right now I like the one I have, but I like to keep things fresh and fun, so I may change in the future! smile

That is a nice avatar. Since I'm getting up to my 50th post, I'm working on picking one for myself.

Dave, you're a genius !!!!

Of course, we don't really use chalk around bodies, but I think it could work. If only I had a picture of a lighthouse crime scene.... You know, the flashing lights, yellow tape, all that good stuff.

Now the wheels are turning. laugh

MIke,

Thanks for bringing that up. We never used chalk around a body in all the years I was on the force (34). Where they get that idea, had to come from the movies. I'll check this out with Bob, maybe they do it, but I doubt it!

Whether or not done in the "real" world, movies and TV have shown enough chalk outlines over the years. After all, what *really* is the *real* world???????

Better get working on that avatar, Mike - this was post # 49. Next one is the biggie. Just remember, you can only fit so much into a 48 x 48 pixel image.
