He made it himself, which anyone can do. The only real requirement is that it be sized at 48 x 48 pixels. If you want to try this at home suggestion would be to crop the picture, leaving pretty much just the light itself, then resize it to 48 x 48 before saving it. Upload it to somewhere you can link to, edit your avatar choice in your profile and you are all set.

Thanks Dave - I will keep that in mind. Right now I like the one I have, but I like to keep things fresh and fun, so I may change in the future!

That is a nice avatar. Since I'm getting up to my 50th post, I'm working on picking one for myself.

Dave, you're a genius !!!! Of course, we don't really use chalk around bodies, but I think it could work. If only I had a picture of a lighthouse crime scene.... You know, the flashing lights, yellow tape, all that good stuff. Now the wheels are turning.

MIke, Thanks for bringing that up. We never used chalk around a body in all the years I was on the force (34). Where they get that idea, had to come from the movies. I'll check this out with Bob, maybe they do it, but I doubt it! Bert

Whether or not done in the "real" world, movies and TV have shown enough chalk outlines over the years. After all, what *really* is the *real* world???????
Better get working on that avatar, Mike - this was post # 49. Next one is the biggie. Just remember, you can only fit so much into a 48 x 48 pixel image.
