I think the problem is the bit-map .bmp image, DeDo. I don't think the internet supports that format.

Anybody else know differently?

Thanks John, for the tip. Saved the photo now in jpg. Now the problem is uploading the image to my FTP space on aol. I tried 4X today. Kept getting knocked off line. Did have two photos, deleted one & still knocked off within 3 minutes.

Called aol, they suggested Quick Menu. Still same problem. Very frustrating. Filed problem with system response.

All I know is we've had this H/P scanner for months & the only thing I can do is insert photos into my e-mail. I've printed out aol's, e-bay's and your directions for these photo insertions. But so far a no-go.
