I did a pass through all the forums and posts from about the last 4-6 weeks tonight and tallied up the number of different individuals who have posted since about 6/1.

I was somewhat surprised by the number of individuals - 133 - higher than I would have guessed.

Of these 8 are 'Saints', 17 Cruise Directors, 81 WACKOs and 26 Newbies.

That seems to be a good mix of Newbies and 'Old Timers'.

I didn't count how many posts each person had. Some individuals, of couse, posted a number of times, others just once.

I also did not count the users who posted in the Marketplace Forum at all.

The 81 WACKOs represent about half of the 194 individuals who actually have 50 or more posts. (This includes those who are Saints or Cruise Directors.)

Talk amongst yourselves...

Hi John,

How many "Saints" do we have in our fleet? Do any of the "Younger family" participate in and post on the forums to the best of your knowledge?

Dan

John, is it possible to break it down into blocks?

Example: How many have:

1 - 50 posts
50 - 100
100 - 200, and so on...

I can remember someone who had over 1000, and this person hasn't posted in quite a while! (Sorry, don't remember the name.)

Sorry I never got around to answering your questions, Elmer.

There are 9 Saints. Paul, Tim, Sean, Mark, Mombo, Fred, Dave H, and Bob M. And ROD, sorry about that Rodman

http://www.lighthousekeepers.com/cgi-bin/forumscgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f= 8;t=000244 Read more about it here.

The Youngers themselves don't review the Forums to the best of my knowledge. I and others sometimes send links to particular threads to Kim Andrews to keep her in tune.

No, and John makes 9 not Mark.

Although Tim keeps telling me that he is putting the good word for me, since I been mowing his lawn (all 4.75 acres) shoveling his sidewalks in the winter (all 956 feet) shingling his roof, rotating his tires every 8 weeks, telling the IRS that no one named Tim works at the FSB, cleaning the still weekly, restocking his dorm fridge under his desk with beer daily, I am still directing a cruise, but Tim keeps telling me that these things take time - now get the Yugo washed up and ready for his trip to the country club. I don't think I fell asleep during the last Sainthood ceremony but I don't remember my name being called, unless it was when I was out cleaning Tim's top hat after the wind blew it off.

Well I'd second the nomination Mark but you might have to ditch that political handle you're sporting in order to garner a majority and avoid cries of corruption.

Now ain't this embarassing. Forgot myself and elevated Mark - who is actually a candidate for Sainthood at this time. We know he's done a lot of good works, is a pretty good photographer, a pretty good driver and a great Father.

The Pope was supposed to stop at Planet Fresnel today on his way back to Rome from Mexico City and ask a few more questions of Mark (now Mayor Quimby.)

But as you may have seen at CNN.com, JP2 decided to skip PF and fly straight back to the Holy See (Sea? Cee?) and get a few more hours of shuteye.

Mark's canonization will have to await another trip to North American by his Holiness.
