Go back to the main page for the Forum About These Forums. (Back up one level.) Look in the upper left for a little mail slot - yours may have a letter sticking out of it - and click on its link.
You should see two messages. One is labeled 'Forum Goodies'. This is a treasure map to lots of good explanations on how to do things here at the Collector Forums. It will point you to several different sets of instructions on posting pictures.
Many of the individual forums have information available from their mail slots. Check 'em out.
