We're planning to provide extensive coverage of the 1998 Collectors Reunion via the HarbourLights.com web site. This will include live pictures, still pictures at events, panorama pictures, several chats, and an opporunity for Reunion attendees to post their reactions and experiences at the 1998 Reunion to a special guest book.

While the reunion agenda will undoubtedly keep us busy, we'll have a web site demonstration set up in a central area of the hotel, using a large Monitor. This will permit us to demonstrate the Internet site to attendees who may not be on-line.

If you'd like to volunteer for an hour or so during the demonstration times, just let me know by E-mail please (don't post here.)

If you have ideas to make those who aren't able to attend the reunion feel more a part of the event, please post those ideas here.

We now have a better idea on when the demonstrations will take place for those who want to volunteer to demonstrate the web site for Reunion attendees.

On Friday from 8am to 5:30pm
The Gallery and Ship's Store will be open on the third floor of the Westin. (Registration takes place in 1st Floor Lobby.) Our demonstration will be set up in this area.

On Saturday from 4:30pm to 6:00pm in the same area. This will be after the tours return to the hotel and before the Reception.

On Sunday during the Open Brunch from about 9 am to Noon.

Email me if you want to be put down for a specific time or drop by during one of those times.
