Four new Thumbnail size lighthouses made their debut at the 1998 Reunion. So far, we've received three of them as they are passed out in exchange for one of the ticket coupons we received in our registration packets.

So far:

1. Rose Island
2. Beavertail
3. Point Judith

No doubt the 4th will be another Rhode Island lighthouse we've seen - perhaps Ida Lewis or Castle Hill????

All will be revealed Sunday morning during 'Brunch with Bill'.

I've had hints the production runs on these four new Thumbnails will be much less than the 2,000 each of the 1997 versions. My guess is half -- or 1,000 each with about 750 going to reunion attendees.

Don't quote me on it, though.

John

#4 turned out to be (drum roll) Southeast Block Island.

Very detailed and first comments are "wonderful".

Now those of you who aren't / weren't at the reunion will have to scramble to get a set of these.

No word yet on quantities -- except "enough for the reunion and a few more for breakage and replacement..." from one HL staffer.

All the thumbnails are great, but the SE Block Island thumbnail is totally awesome.

Hey John, are there HL #s for us totally anal-retentive types?

I didn't hear at The Reunion (angel-singing-type background music plays here), any word on when the Rose Island Reunion pieces will ship? (I swear I'm not champing at the bit, just curious!)

I have been looking with a magnifying glass since I returned from the Reunion. Has anybody found the Seahorse? (g)
