We encourage everyone to come out and have some fun with the group this Saturday. The weather report looks good for Saturday. By the time we are done for the day you will be amazed what a few hours of work will do for this great old lighthouse. Come on down!!!!!!!!

Also you can get your raffle tickets for the quilt fund raiser that the club is doing. You can see first hand what the money from this fund raiser is used for.

See you Saturday.

Mary and Jeff

The Bradys just arrived in Michigan City and as we pulled into the Comfort Inn parking lot saw Roy entering the lobby... I went in to register and got hugs from Carolyn and Judy who were checking right ahead of us..

It's supposed to be nice weather tomorrow for our Spring Cleaning which will be a change of pace from the last two years.. I will post some images tomorrow night when we return from the evening winding down gathering, a tradition, also!!

Doyne finishing reconnecting the AC for the new lights... In the Fall we will redo the floor and a little touch up paint where the old lights were..

Doyne applying the final stair nameplate to the spiral staircase...

Each stair was sponsored by a club member with the first step being sponsored by the Club as a whole.. Doyne attaches the HLC nameplate basically the final step of our stairstep project, which means the public can now enjoy the climb to the top!!

Great pictures Paul. Your group does so much for OMC and it looks like a labor of love. Glad to see you in at least one of the pictures too.

The one with Judy (Sunshine) looks like she is telling a story to the group that is sitting accross from her. laugh Probably about the time she acquired those great "moose slippers." smile

Hoosiers Lighthousing Club sure has put a lot of work into the restoration and upkeep of this light. Just wish I were close enough to a light to help out on a regular basis. Will just have to continue to try and help with cash when I can.

Great job as always guys! And as special guest member is always fun. We'll have to see if more of us can 'drop in' in the future.
