I joined NELL at the regional in Connecticut on October 27 and was told there is a NELL function planned for Falmouth, Massachusetts, in the beginning of December. Well December is less than a month away. Could one of my fellow NELL members let me know when and where this meeting will be held? I'm hoping it isn't on Saturday the first of December because we already have plans for that day and night.

Yes, welcome to NELL Bob & Lorna. We are happy to have you both as members and I'm sure (as Shirin indicated) you will enjoy the club events and the wonderful people who make up the organization.

The event that you speak of should be lots of fun - the spirit of the Holidays, caroling, climbing Nobska, warm cider, etc.

Be sure to contact Penny Miller if you will be attending (per the website direction).

Also, next June 1st NELL will join up with The Long Island Chapter of the USLHS (Bob & Kristin Scroope's group) along with Bill Younger for a cruise of some Long Island Sound lighthouses. Stay tuned for more details.

Previous commitments will prevent Lorna and I from spending the weekend at Falmouth but we might be able to catch an afternoon if I know the exact specifics about where and when. Could someone post the NELL itinerary for the weekend and not the general Town of Falmouth info?
