In an effort to help increase sales of tickets for the Gold Mark Twain piece to benefit the Old Michigan City lighthouse
I will help out any last minute buyers who have probably waited too long now to buy thru the mail.

What I'll do if you want to purchase tickets thru me by using PayPal is you buy your desired amount of tickets thru PayPal and I'll write a check to the Michigan City Historical Society
and get you into the drawing, I will be there for the drawing Saturday afternoon. If you get the money to me prior to Friday evening. I think I can have Paul draw your numbers and e-mail them to you or me (I'll foreword them to you)
And in my Christmas spirit I'll even cover the small percentage PayPal charges to make the transaction to make sure the lighthouse get the full amount of cash.

First of all I would like to thank Mark for doing this..

Secondly the stairway project got a big boost tonight from the Derby City Harbour Lights Club... They sent a $200.00 check for the drawing from their club!! They will determine as a club what they will do with the Gold lighthouse if they have the winning ticket.

It makes me very proud to say that Sue and I are dues paying members of the Derby City Club!

Lighthouse people are the Best!

We have 39 RSVP'ers coming to the lighting at Old Michigan City and dinner at Dino's afterward, so far.. quite a crowd!!

First of all, Thank you to those of you who have jumped in at the last minute. I will be removing the PayPal link on Saturday 12-7-02 around noon central time (before I leave to go to Michigan City) So if you were still thinking about it...... noon Saturday is the cutoff.
