1999 October 2000 for the cost $3.00 + $2.00 to mail it. 33 pages filled with articles from Tim Harrison, Jerry Biggs and more. My favorite is the full color centerfold of the Great Lakes Harbour Lights, which by the way will be auctioned off at the next Festival.
